Red or any dark colors require a lot of food coloring. Dark colors tend to taste bitter and can be very messy. The dark colors also have a tendency to run in a humid environment.

Your picture will be reproduced using food colors and therefore have limitations in matching colors exactly, especially the color red tends to be more of an orange-red.
