8-10 servings. Ham, hard salami, bologna, provolone, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, mustard, onions, hot peppers, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper.

All-American Deli Platter

20-25 servings. Thin slices of ham, turkey breast and roasted beef. Accompanied by slices of muenster and Swiss cheeses. Includes mustard, mayonnaise, pickles and four one-pound breads.

Box Luncheon

Your choice of sandwich ccompanied by a chocolate chip cookie, brownie, potato chips, pickle spear, soda and napkins.

Canape

Small cream puff shells filled with your choice of meat.

Das Deutsche Delight

20-25 servings. A mouth watering assortment of authentic German cold cuts (Bierwurst, Tiroler, Gelbwurst, Westphalian ham and salami) with muenster and Swiss cheeses. Includes German mustard, mayonnaise, pickles and four one pound breads.

Finger Tea Sandwiches

50 sandwiches. Our wonderful bread with assorted fillings of tuna, chicken & ham salads, and cucumbers and cream cheese.

Fruit and Cheese Tray

Assorted cheese cubes (cheddar, havarti, Swiss and brie) plus seasonal fresh fruits (grapes, kiwi, strawberries). Small serves 10-15, Large serves 20-30.

Layered Tex Mex Dip Platter

20 servings. A delicious combination of bean dip, guacamole, mayonnaise, sour cream, spring onions, black olives, sharp cheddar cheese and tomatoes. With corn chips on the side.

Oktoberfest Meal

Bratwurst, Brotchen, Sauerkraut, German Potato Salad and a slice of Strudel. Let us know if you want us to warm it for you (warming is $25.00 extra charge). $10.95 per serving. Minimum order 5 servings.
