Online orders must be placed 72 hours prior to pickup at the Heidelberg Pastry Shoppe. Cancellations require a minimum of 72 hours notice for refunds. No refunds are issued if cancellations are less than 72 hours notice. We charge a minimum of a 10% fee for cancellation or modification of an order.
