Base Price is $5.50 per serving for your choice of the following:

Cake Flavor:               Vanilla or Spice poundcake with flavored syrups of Vanilla, Lemon, Almond, or Orange.

Cake Filling:               Apricot Jam, Raspberry Jam, Lemon Curd, Strawberry Jam

                                    or Buttercream (White Vanilla, Chocolate, Mocha, Hazelnut, Lemon, Orange, or Raspberry)

Cake Frosting:            White vanilla buttercream.

Cake Decoration:       View our selections at  www.heidelbergbakery.com or come in and look at our design book.

$ 1.00 additional per serving for each one of the following:

Cake Flavor:              Chocolate Poundcake, Marble Poundcake, Vanilla with Chocolate Chips

Liquor Flavor:            Grand Marnier, Cherry Brandy, Amaretto, or Rum.  This is a lightly flavored liquor syrup.

Cake Filling:               Funfetti buttercream Filling, White Buttercream with Coconut

$ 2.00 additional per serving for each one of the following:

Cake Flavors:             Carrot Cake with cream cheese filling or Red Velvet Cake with cream cheese filling,

Cake Filling:               Chocolate Truffle, Cream Cheese, Marzipan, Mousse** (dark chocolate, white chocolate or strawberry) ** Mousse fillings are available in 50 – 100 servings only. Sheetcakes may be ordered to supplement servings if more are required. Mousse is very delicate and can be difficult to serve.  Cakes with mousse or cream cheese must be kept refrigerated.

Cake Covering:          White Fondant, Marzipan (natural almond colored paste)

Additional Charges and Information:

❤ Cakes with different flavors, fillings or coverings are charged at the higher price per serving.  Minimum of 50 servings, increments of 5 servings.

❤ We include the top layer to be served. If you wish to save the top, you must order an extra 6″ cake that we will deliver in a separate box for $55.00-$85.00 depending on cake selection.  We recommend ordering a fresh 6” anniversary cake instead.

❤Colored icing: $35/ color.  Any color other than white.  Must provide color swatch. We match to the best of our ability using food-grade colors. We do not recommend dark colors.  Humidity and light can also affect final product color.

❤ A buttercream rose cascade is $95.00 (which includes the Bouquet on top).  Separators are $35.00 per set.

❤ A bouquet of buttercream roses on top or between separators is $40.00 each.

❤ Fondant bows or ribbons on the sides are $35.00 each, on top or between layers $60.00 each.

❤ Delivery: The base charge is $40.00, increasing according to the distance from our shop.  Sunday, holiday and evening deliveries will be extra. Deliveries are scheduled to be delivered a minimum of 2-4 hours before the event.

❤Orders must be placed a minimum of four weeks in advance but 2 months or more in advance is advised. We require a minimum deposit of 50% when placing the order. All cakes must be fully paid four weeks prior to the wedding date. Any changes in the number of servings, flavors or decoration must be made no later than four weeks before the wedding. In case of cancellation, there will be a $150.00 service fee. No refunds will be given if cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of event.

Groom’s Cakes: Traditionally a Groom’s cake is something chocolate, but we offer a variety of flavors. Portrait cakes are also a popular option.  Bring us your favorite picture and we will transfer it to the top of the cake. 

Wedding Favors: We make Portrait Cookies, Boxes of Chocolate Truffles, Petit Fours and more.

Other Parties: We also have Deli Platters and Dessert Trays for showers, rehearsal dinners or the morning after breakfast.

Consultation Hours: Tuesday – Saturday 10:00am – 1:00pm. Consultation/Tasting fee is $20.00.  Tasting fee will be credited with a paid wedding cake order of $750 or more and customer provided receipt.  Please give us at least one week’s notice to schedule an appointment and prepare your 3 sample slices.  Home tastings or extra samples are $5.50 each.                                                                   06/24
